1. This application is open to local and international Exhibitors;
2. SGABF is curated, submission of application does not guarantee participation;
3. Exhibitors from past editions of the fair are encouraged to present varied/new products from previous years;
4. Manpower must be arranged and provided at the Exhibitors' own cost;
5. Exhibitors are required to comply with the assigned setup/teardown dates & timings to ensure the fair proceeds smoothly;
6. Exhibitors may present & sell items such as t-shirts, stickers, CDs, etc. for sale. However, SGABF requires at least 70% of items presented at each Exhibitor's table to be books/publications;
7. The SGABF2025 Selection Panel will determine the final Exhibitor line-up based on the information you provide in your application. In order to ensure a fair and thorough selection process, please provide us with as much information as possible that is accurate and up-to-date;
