• When and where will SGABF2025 be held?
  
  

  SGABF2025 will be held from 31 October – 2 November 2025. The venue will be announced closer to the fair dates.
  

  
  
• What are the options for exhibiting at SGABF2025?
  
  

  There are six options for exhibiting this year:



Option 120 with Table = S$393.00 
•    Floor space: 120 x 150 cm
•    Wall space: 120 (L) x 200 (H) cm
•    Table size: 120 x 60 cm

•    1 Table + 1 Chair



Option 180 with Table = S$492.00 
•    Floor space: 180 x 150 cm
•    Wall space: 180 (L) x 200 (H) cm
•    Table size: 180 x 60 cm
•    1 Table + 1 Chair


Option 240 with Table = S$690.00
•    Floor space: 240 x 150 cm
•    Wall space: 240 (L) x 200 (H) cm
•    Table size: 120 x 60 cm 
•    2 Tables + 2 Chairs
Option 120 without Table = S$354.00 
•    Floor space: 120 x 150 cm
•    Wall space: 120 (L) x 200 (H) cm 
•    1 Chair





Option 180 without Table = S$453.00 
•    Floor space: 180 x 150 cm
•    Wall space: 180 (L) x 200 (H) cm

All options are open to both local and international Exhibitors.

• Can applying Exhibitors share a booth?
  
  

  Yes. Up to two Exhibitors may share one booth of any option. However, please make your own arrangements to share the booth and submit your application as one entity.

• How many people can staff my booth?
  
  

  All booths may be staffed by up to two persons.

  
  
• Can I sell non-book items (i.e. CDs/cassettes, postcards, art objects, merch) at my booth?
  
  

  Yes, but please ensure that at least 70% of items sold at your booth are books/publications.
