Email us at info@singaporeartbookfair.org if you can’t find an answer to your question here.

General Questions

  • Will SGABF2022 be a physical fair or an online one?

SGABF2022 will be a physical fair held at Singapore Art Museum (Tanjong Pagar Distripark) from 29 Apr – 1 May 2022.

  • In the case of another lockdown in Singapore, what will happen to SGABF2022?

SGABF2022 will be cancelled and we will refund booth fees in full.

  • Are local and international exhibitors able to share a single table under ‘Single Booth’?

No. Please select ‘Combined Booth’ under the ‘Type of Booth’ section of the application to apply for a shared booth of two tables. Do note that ‘Combined Booth’ is only applicable to a pairing of one local and one international exhibitor. International exhibitors must be adopted by a local exhibitor to participate in SGABF2022.

  • Are both local and international applicants able to apply to be a Zine Exhibitor?

    Yes.

Local Exhibitors

  • How many people can staff my booth?

Booths must only be staffed by one person due to COVID-19 restrictions. Special requests can be made, subject to review.

  • Am I allowed to share a Single Booth with another local exhibitor?

Up to 2 local exhibitors may share a Single Booth. Please submit your application as one entity.

  • How does ‘Adopt-an-Exhibitor’ work?

The ‘Adopt-an-Exhibitor’ programme allows local exhibitors to split their booths with an international exhibitor of their choice, managing their physical sales together for a discounted, shared booth fee of S$672.00 (i.e. S$336.00 per table instead of S$390.00 for a single booth).

  • As a local exhibitor, do I get to choose the international exhibitor I am paired with?

Yes. First, please coordinate with the international exhibitor of your choice. Upon mutual agreement, please select ‘Combined Booth’ under the ‘Type of Booth’ section of the application, and state your choice of international exhibitor.

  • What if I don’t want to adopt an international exhibitor?

In your application, please select ‘Single Booth’ to indicate that you are not adopting an international exhibitor.

  • What if I wish to adopt an international exhibitor, but don’t have any potential exhibitors to reach out to?

Please select ‘Combined Booth’ under the ‘Type of Booth’ section of the application, then in the next section, select ‘Option B (No, please pair me with one!)’. If your application is successful, we will pair you with an international exhibitor.

  • The cost of the booth is S$672.00 if I choose to be an Adopter. Is this to be shared among me and the Adoptee?

Yes. You may coordinate how this booth fee is split between you and your Adoptee.

The Daily Sales Sheet will be sent to you at the end of the event.

  • In the case of any loss or damage, who will be responsible for my books?
