About the Programme Partner

Located in Gillman Barracks, the NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore (NTU CCA Singapore) is a national research centre of Nanyang Technological University, supported by a grant from the Economic Development Board.

Since its inauguration in October 2013, the Centre links the complexities of the contemporary art field to other forms of knowledge production.

NTU CCA Singapore is unique in its threefold constellation of research & academic pro-grammes, international exhibitions and research-based residencies, positioning itself as a space for critical discourse.

The Centre focuses on Spaces of the Curatorial in Singapore, Southeast Asia and beyond, and engages in multi-layered research topics, such as CLIMATES. HABITATS. ENVIRONMENTS. (from 2017).
